For more than 32 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people move confidently through one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. But my story in property started long before I ever sold my first home.

I grew up in St Albans, surrounded by the rhythm of local life and the kind of community where everyone knew each other. My family ran Langleys, later JW Langleys, at the How Wood shops, and that’s where I learned the foundations of estate agency: honesty, consistency, and treating every client like a neighbour, not a number.

Those early years shaped everything I do today. They taught me that estate agency isn’t about transactions, it’s about people, stories, and the places we call home.
