Our landlord fees are transparent and competitive, ensuring that your property management is in safe hands.
Our Fees:
Are as follows and are payable upon completion of a letting. Fees are inclusive of VAT.
LET ONLY: 8% of annual rent = 9.6% (inc VAT) £1,152 (inc VAT)
LET AND MANAGED: 10% of annual rent = 12% (inc VAT) £1,440 (inc VAT)
MANGEMENT ONLY: 6% of annual rent = 7.2% (inc VAT) £864 (inc VAT)

Inventories
Please note the below prices are for guidance purposes only and prices may vary on a case by case basis.
Prices are as follows for an Inventory & Checkout
- 1 Bedroom/Studio £150-£150
- 2 Bedroom £160-£160
- 3 Bedroom £180-£170
- 4 Bedroom £200-£190
- 5 Bedroom £225-£215
- 6 Bedroom £240-£230
The above prices are a guide based on a property of 1-5 bedrooms with a reception room. Should there be any extra reception rooms, conservatories, utility rooms, bathrooms/toilets, balconies, gardens, garages or sheds there will be an extra charge of £10 per extra room.
Gas Safety Certificates:
This is a legal requirement and must be done every 12 months. If needed, we can arrange this for £110 (inc VAT).
EICR: (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
This is a legal requirement for all new and renewing tenancies every 5 years. £169 inc VAT
EPC: (Energy Performance Certificate)
This is a legal requirement and must be done every 10 years. If needed, we can arrange this for £100 (inc VAT).
Professional Cleaning:
If needed, we are happy to arrange a professional clean for a Property before a Tenant moves in. This varies in price depending on the size of the property and the amount of work hours needed.
Client Money Protection:
We are a registered member of the Safe Agent Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
